    levedura

    ovos inteiros

Modo de Preparo: Dough

Beat together in stand mixer with flat beater until dough becomes stretchy.

  • 250 g
    manteiga

Modo de Preparo: Dough

Mix in. Cover and leave to rise.

Store in fridge for 12 hours. Shape donuts and deep fry.

Glaze

Ingredientes: Glaze

  • 75 g
    água
  • 150 g
    açúcar refinado
  • 150 g
    glucose
  • 100 g
    leite condensado doce

Modo de Preparo: Glaze

Heat to 75°C.

Ingredientes: Glaze

  • 150 g
    Callebaut ® A melhor receita de chocolate rubi belga N°RB1 (CHR-R35RB1)
  • 10 g
    manteiga de cacau
  • 6 g
    pó de beterraba
  • 70 g
    massa de gelatina

Modo de Preparo: Glaze

Heat and add on top.
Mix well.

put in bowl, film and keep in fridge. 
Heat to 35°C before use.
Cool down and glaze. Leave to set.
