Infuse milk with liquorice 24h before serving.
Add in the milk pitcher and steam to ± 72°C.
Finish with fi nely sliced Jelly Babies (liquorice fl avoured candy) and Callebaut® Mini Chocolate Crispearls™ CEM-CC-MINIMIX-999.
