Paweł took his first steps in the world of confectionery even before starting primary school. For many years, he was connected with the kitchen, honing his skills while working in various positions and expanding his knowledge about how the industry operates. He is a co-founder of one of the first boutique patisseries in Poland, a passionate traveler and explorer of foreign cultures, from which he draws inspiration for his desserts—just as he does from idyllic childhood times and his observations of art.
