Ruby kiss pound cake

Mix together.

Add to moulds.

Bake at 160°C for 40 mins.

Ruby chocolate glaze

  • 3.2 oz
    Callebaut ® 最高級ベルギー産ルビーチョコレート レシピ N°RB1 (CHR-R35RB1)

作り方: Ruby chocolate glaze

Melt.

材料: Ruby chocolate glaze

  • 0.2 oz
    グレープシードオイル
  • 0.1 oz
    液体バター PF28

作り方: Ruby chocolate glaze

Add and mix well.

  • 15.4 gr
    ラズベリーフレーク

作り方: Ruby chocolate glaze

Mix in gently.

Put in bowl, film and keep in fridge.
Heat to 35°C before use.
Cool down and glaze. Leave to set.
