Carlo Midiri has been the proud owner of George Vis Patisserie & Chocolaterie since 2002. He began his studies there with a one-week internship at the KTS (Royal Technical College) in Voorhout. After completing his studies, George Vis approached him and began his career there. Ten years later, he was given the opportunity to take over the patisserie and proudly opened the doors of his own business. By extensively renovating the shop, Carlo left his mark on his successful business. Carlo is also a member of the Dutch Pastry Team; an enthusiastic competition team of highly trained pastry chefs who share creativity, energy, innovation, and ambition. He has also won several awards, including the Dutch Pastry Award.
