White Chocolate, Lemon, & Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients: White Chocolate, Lemon, & Blueberry Pancakes

  • 250 g
    All purpose flour
  • 50 g
    sugar
  • 13 g
    baking powder
  • 4 g
    baking soda
  • 6 g
    salt
  • 100 g
    eggs
  • 50 g
    Vegetable oil
  • 350 g
    milk
  • 8 g
    vanilla extract
  • 1 piece(s)
    lemon zest
  • Q.S.
    Frozen Blueberry

Preparation: White Chocolate, Lemon, & Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
  3. Mix dry mixture into wet ingredients
  4. Griddle over 325F, sprinkling Van Leer 600ct White Chips and blueberries over the batter
  5. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown
  6. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with blueberry syrup
