Preparation: White Chocolate, Lemon, & Blueberry Pancakes
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
- Mix dry mixture into wet ingredients
- Griddle over 325F, sprinkling Van Leer 600ct White Chips and blueberries over the batter
- Flip and continue to cook until golden brown
- Transfer to a plate and drizzle with blueberry syrup
