Why would you pick a regular hot chocolate if you can have all the pleasure double? With this recipe you'll create the classic hot chocolate, spiced up with a dash of Tabasco. And the surprise comes on top: a chocolate flavoured whipped cream that's very easy to make.

Mix together and steam to ± 72°C. Pour into a glass.



Wisk together and pour into a piping bag. Pipe on top of drink.
