As the Head of Callebaut Chocolate Academy South Africa, Chantal Molnar leads with creativity, expertise and a deep commitment to excellence in the art of chocolate and pastry. 

She oversees the Academy’s operations, training programs and client collaborations, empowering chefs and chocolatiers to push the boundaries of their craft. 

A graduate of Prue Leith Chefs Academy South Africa, Chantal has represented her country on prestigious international stages, including the IKA Culinary Olympics and the Young Chef’s Challenge. 

Driven by her for both education and innovation, Chantal’s mission is to inspire the next generation of culinary professionals, helping them grow in skill, confidence and creativity.
