Preparation: Coloured Mini Eggs
Temper each chocolate individually.
Line one mould in each of the 5 colours of chocolate.
Set at 12°c for at least 2 hours before demoulding.
To assemble, gently warm the edges of each egg on a hot plate and stick together.
You can mix and match the colours to get a great array of colours.
