浸渍馅料后,移除多余的巧克力,在容器的边缘清洁浸渍叉的底部,把馅料放到塑料上,正面向下(确保大约1/3左右超出叉子顶部)。从下方取出叉子,但是在把叉子完全取出之前,轻轻地把浸渍巧克力向前推一点。这样可以避免“长脚”。
