Ingredients: Brownie

  • 7.9 oz
    Butter
  • 10.1 oz
    Sugar
  • 7.1 oz
    Eggs
  • 0.1 oz
    Vanilla
  • 12.0 oz
    Flour
  • 1.4 oz
    Cocoa powder
  • 13.4 oz

Preparation: Brownie

  • Melt the butter & couverture to 45°C – set aside
  • Whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla for 1 min on high speed
  • Then add the melted chocolate /butter mix
  • Mix in the flour and blancor couverture.
  • Bake at 160oC for 25 minutes.
  • Cut into 6cmx4cm rectangles
