This almond and soya baking paste contains a minimum almond content of 24%. It is light, ready to use, firm, bake-stable, and freeze-stable, offering a mild almond flavor. Suitable as a paste for fillings and especially recommended for almond confectionery, almond croissants, cakes, and sponge mixtures.
Tip: Particularly suitable for almond confectionery.
