Praliné Prima a medium-brown hazelnut paste with 37.5% nut content. Ready to use, freeze-stable and with a working temperature of 20–24 °C. Made with non-hydrogenated fats, it delivers fine aromas of roasted hazelnuts, caramel and a firm texture. Perfect as a base for pralines and chocolate specialties, as well as for flavoring ice cream, creams, mixtures, and desserts.
