Praliné Intense is a delicious dark hazelnut paste with 44% nut content. Ready to use, can be flavored, freeze-stable and with a working temperature of 20–24 °C. Made with non-hydrogenated fats, it features a dark color and roasted hazelnut notes. Perfect for pralinés and other chocolate specialties. Ideal as a base for chocolate truffles and other creations, as well as for flavoring and coloring ice cream, creams, and desserts.
