Callebaut 811NVBO4 has the same great quality of the original Callebaut 811, with with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel. Due to the milk fat content, Callebaut 811NVBO4 is as creamy as a milk chocolate. Besides the texture, Callebaut 811NVBO4 behaves similarly to a milk chocolate when it comes to tempering, contraction and cooling, and the milk fat helps slow up the fat bloom. Like all Finest Belgian Chocolates, it is made from our signature cocoa blend. Whole bean roasting guarantees its full-bodied taste, with sweet and sour cocoa, with malty and wild dark berries hints. This master in balance pairs perfectly with a wide variety of ingredients and works in all applications ranging from confectionery to pastry, biscuits, sauces and drinks.
