Product description
Mould and enrobe with a rich cocoa taste and bitter hints.
Recipe N° 2815 is a dark chocolate with the same rich cocoa body topped with bitter notes as the 815, but has a thin fluidity that's ideal for creating nicely thin chocolate shells through fine moulding or enrobing.
Its warm colour and slight sweetness pairs wonderfully with ingredients like exotic fruits!
Bean origin
To achieve a perfectly balanced and round taste, we blend cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
