In this immersive two-day class, Chef Pratik and Chef Samruddhi invite you to explore the vibrant world of Indian-inspired chocolate creations—crafted entirely egg-free and designed for ease of replication in your own kitchen.

Discover how traditional Indian ingredients like saffron, cardamom, rose, and pistachio can be beautifully paired with Callebaut’s finest Belgian chocolate to create stunning entremets and delicate confectionery. Cursus agenda

What to wear: You will be in a professional working environment so will need to wear comfortable working clothes (long trousers) and covered, closed toe shoes. Do not wear heels. 

Please note: Jewellery (including watches) and nail varnish to be removed for the duration of the course.
