As a pastry chef and talented chocolatier, Stefano Laghi won numerous national and international competitions , including the World Championship of Pastry and Cuisine of Basel in 1993 and 1994 and the title of National Italian Pastry Chef in Luxembourg in 1994. He has written numerous books and publications in the field and has many years of experience in pastry, chocolate, and decoration. Stefano manages his own consultancy business for large companies based in Faenza.
