Enric was born in Barcelona in 1989. Since he was little he has been interested in cooking. At the age of 16 he began his training in hospitality at the CETT, studies that he accompanied with his other passion, Rugby. Shortly after, he began his first works in different restaurants of Michelin stars. 

At the age of 18, he decides to interrupt his career in gastronomy and devote himself to sports professionally. This change of course is combined with studies in Marketing. It takes only 2 years to resume his gastronomy studies, his true passion. 

He worked through big names like Hoffmann, Yann Duytsche and La Pastisseria Barcelona by the world champion Josep Maria Rodriguez . After all this, Enric wanted to resume his passion and specialize in high-level restaurants. 

He worked as head pastry chef at the three Michelin star Abac restaurant and then he joined the Tickets restaurant team in 2014 as head pastry chef for more of 3 years. 

He is currently part of the team of teachers at the prestigious Chocolate Academy Barcelona and he is in charge of representing the brand Cacao Barry Spain.
