This course provides a rare up-close experience with Chef Izumi, one of the most influential pastry chefs in Japan today. Witness his refined techniques in handcrafting the petit gateaux, and be inspired by creations from the chef’s renowned pastry shop ASTERISQUE.

Please note:

This is a HANDS-ON class. 

Class will be held from 10 pm - 5.00 pm on 16, 17 & 18 February.

Daily lunch provided for full day classes only. Halal or vegetarian meals are available upon request 

Cancellation / Refund Policy: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another course.  

Upon registration, we will get in touch to confirm your registration and arrange the payment via bank transfer.

Seat availability cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to "hold" a class seat without payment/registration.

Registration Details :

  • Chocolate Academy is non HALAL certified and non-vegetarian. Please contact our staff during registration of your class to discuss any dietary requirements.  
  • Chocolate Academy will supply an apron, recipe booklet, all equipment and ingredients.
  • Students may bring their own Chef Jacket, we will provide it if you do not have one.
  • Attendees should wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.
  • Students will be given a recipe booklet and certificate of participation after the class.  You must attend the full course in order to receive your certificate.
  • Seat availability cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to "hold" a class seat without payment/registration
  • Cancellation / Refund Policy:  Only online payment is accepted and no refunds will be issued
  • Once payment is successful, changing of classes is not allowed
  • The Chocolate Academy Center Singapore reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances and only in this exception, refunds will be issued

      Nearest train station: Kent Ridge (CC24). It is on Circle Line. When at station, kindly proceed to Exit E. Then look for the upwards escalator next to Ha-Jun Korean. Our 1A building also has the words "The Apex Bridge" on it. 

For Grab/taxi, your vehicle should turn into a drive-through off South Buona Vista Road. In the direction of the drive-through, block 1A will be in front of the block 1B.
