World Chocolate Masters Selection in Chicago
The USA selection took place over two days, with Chef Christophe Rull taking on the challenge of #TMRW.
His work during the competition took everyone to the ocean via a manta robot sculpture and coral reef dessert. His overarching message was the importance of protecting our oceans, as, without them, humanity and cacao wouldn’t exist. With his outstanding performance, Chef Christophe will go on to represent the USA at the World Chocolate Masters final!
