Barry Callebaut is pleased to host a confectionery demo with Chef Philippe Vancayseele from the Callebaut Chocolate Academy Montreal on June 23rd at George Brown Polytechnic!

This interactive afternoon will focus on chocolate and confectionery applications for pastry chefs, chocolatiers, culinary professionals, and students looking to deepen their understanding of chocolate techniques and product functionality

Chef Philippe will showcase practical recipes and applications while sharing insights on working with couverture chocolate, fillings, textures, decorations, and cocoa-based ingredients.

Plus, the session will offer an opportunity to connect with the Barry Callebaut team, ask technical questions, taste featured products, and explore how Callebaut, Cacao Barry, and Van Leer products can be used across a variety of confectionery and pastry applications.
