From understanding how chocolate is made and tempered to creating molded chocolates, enrobed items, decorations, and simple confections, this course provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of chocolate. Students will learn not only how to execute key techniques, but also why they work, allowing them to troubleshoot challenges and achieve more consistent results.

IMPORTANT: This course is designed for professionals (ex: chocolate/pastry/bakery employees, hotels, caterers, and restaurants) who want to reach professional skills or people who want to start a professional chocolate company. It's not a course for hobbyists.

What to wear: You will be in a professional working environment so will need to wear comfortable working clothes (long trousers) and covered, closed toe shoes. Students will spend the majority of the course working hands-on with chocolate.
Participants will leave with finished products, recipes, and a solid foundation for future chocolate exploration
Please note: Jewellery (including watches) and nail varnish to be removed for the duration of the course.
Duration - day one 9 am - 5pm, day two 9am - 5pm Day 3: 9 am to 4 pm (TBC)

- Les classes comptent entre 8 et 15 personnes.
- Les cours ont lieu de 8 h 30 à 17 h. Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation avant la date du cours.
- Le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et un tablier vous seront fournis.
- Vous devez suivre l’intégralité de la formation pour obtenir votre certificat.

Lors de votre inscription, vous recevrez un e-mail contenant les détails du cours afin de vous assurer que vous vous êtes bien inscrit(e) à la Master Class adaptée à votre niveau de connaissances en matière de chocolat (ou de pâtisserie).
En cas d’annulation de la part de l’Académie, nous ne rembourserons que le montant du cours, à l’exclusion des frais de déplacement et d’hébergement (voir ci-dessous les conditions d’annulation).
CODE VESTIMENTAIRE
Le centre CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ fournira un tablier et un filet à cheveux.
Vous devez apporter votre propre veste de chef. Pantalon (jean ou vêtement de couleur unie).
Le port de chaussettes et de chaussures fermées est obligatoire pour accéder au laboratoire de cuisine.
POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION
- En cas d’annulation moins de 15 jours avant la date prévue, vous ne recevrez ni avoir ni aucun remboursement.
- En cas d’annulation entre 15 et 45 jours avant le cours, vous recevrez un bon d’achat de 50 % valable pour un prochain cours.
- En cas d’annulation plus de 45 jours à l’avance, vous recevrez un bon d’achat d’une valeur de 100 % à valoir sur un prochain cours.
