Antonio Cassano began his professional journey after earning a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Parma. He first became connected with ALMA, Italy’s renowned international school of Italian cuisine, as a student in its Master’s Program in Food & Beverage Management.

After further expanding his expertise through specialized training courses, he attended the prestigious Master’s Program in Restaurant Revenue Management at Cornell University in New York.

Passionate about process efficiency, he earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Leanprove School of Management in Florence, specializing in lean management techniques aimed at optimizing business processes within the hospitality and restaurant industry.

As a professional coach accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence, two of the world’s leading organizations in the field, he has dedicated many years to promoting coaching as a leadership style within business management culture.

Currently an entrepreneur and consultant in Food & Beverage Management, Antonio regularly provides specialized training in management control, business process optimization, menu engineering, and revenue management for restaurant and hospitality businesses. He also serves as an instructor at ALMA, teaching within the Master’s Program in Food & Beverage Management and the Restaurant Revenue Management course.
