Preparation: Peanut Butter & Hazelnut Cookies
- Cream together the butter, light brown sugar, sugar and trimoline in a mixer with paddle attachment.
- Add the whole eggs. Then add 50g American Almond Hazelnut Praline/Paste, sea salt, baking powder, AP flour, and hazelnut flour.
- Scoop 43g per cookie.
- Place some half hazelnuts and .5g Gertrude
- Hawk Ingredients Peanut Butter Chips on top of each cookie before baking.
- Bake at 160 Celsius/325 Fahrenheit for about 12 min. Let cool.
