    Whole eggs
  • 1.8 oz
    American almond hazelnut praline paste
  • 0.2 oz
    Sea salt

    Baking powder

Preparation: Peanut Butter & Hazelnut Cookies

  1. Cream together the butter, light brown sugar, sugar and trimoline in a mixer with paddle attachment.
  2. Add the whole eggs. Then add 50g American Almond Hazelnut Praline/Paste, sea salt, baking powder, AP flour, and hazelnut flour.
  3. Scoop 43g per cookie.
  4. Place some half hazelnuts and .5g Gertrude
  5. Hawk Ingredients Peanut Butter Chips on top of each cookie before baking.
  6. Bake at 160 Celsius/325 Fahrenheit for about 12 min. Let cool.
