Instant base powder with neutral color and taste for mousses and torte fillings. Dependable and easy to use. A little goes a very long way. Produces firm fillings. Beat 1kg of powder with 1l of whole milk for approximately 5 minutes on the highest setting. Flavor with fruit pulp, toppings, couvertures, and flavor pastes.
