Product description
Vanilla cream powder that can be used cold. For making high-quality specialty vanilla dishes, vanilla creams, cream slices, Diplomat pudding, and Danish pastries. Natural flavor made from vanilla extract. A little goes a very long way. Bake-stable.
Tip: Can be flavored with Carma® flavor pastes (Caor, hazelnut paste, Moccoro).
Combine 350 g of instant powder with 1L of cold water and leave for approximately 3 minutes. Then beat for approximately 3 minutes at a high speed.
