    butter
  • 100 g
    light brown sugar
  • 125 g
    caster sugar
  • 50 g
    Eggs (large)

Beat the sugars with butter until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and mix.

Pipe into the round doughnut moulds (savran moulds) and bake for 10 mins.
Leave to cool then freeze to remove from mould
