Beat the sugars with the butter until light and creamy.

Add in the egg.

Add in the flour and cocoa powder and form a dough.

Add the bake stable chocolate chunks and mix.

Weigh the dough into 100g ball and flaten slightly place on a tray or in a cookie pan
Cook 180°c for 10 -12 minutes
