Preparation: Chocolate Berry Bark
Line your chosen postal box with food grade acetate
Temper both chocolates
Pour the dark chocolate into the lined box and spread out
Add a few dollops of ruby chocolate and marble through
Sprinkle the toppings on and leave to set
Wrap up and pack ready to post

In the ingredients, what is "811-E4", and I'm assuming "CHR‐R35RB1" is the Ruby Chocolate mentioned in the Preparation section..?
Also, in the Preparation section, what do you mean by "postal box"?
