1. Place the milk and 35 –50 g of Van Houten Special Bar powder, into a steaming jug .Steam to 70°C. 
2. Top off the chocolate drink with whipping cream                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        3. Decorate with Mona Lisa Dark Chocolate shavings.
