Chocolate Chip Ginger Cookies

  • 125g
  • 100g
    dark brown sugar
  • 125g
    caster sugar

Cream together the butter and sugars.

Add in the egg and mix well

  • 5g
    ground ginger
  • 225g
    self-raising flour

Mix in the flour and ground ginger – do not overwork

Stir through the callets and stem ginger

Roll the dough into 50g balls and place onto a non-stick baking mat, spread at least 10cm apart.

Bake at 180°c for 10-12 minutes
