Preparation: Cookie dough
- Cream the brown sugar and butter butter (room temperature) in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Add the eggs at room temperature.
- Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Add the three chocolate wafers.
- Scale the cookies to 200 g.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes at 175 °C. Baking time may vary by oven.
- At the end of baking, top with crushed three-chocolate wafers for decoration.
