Preparation: Filling

  1. In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil & toast the Shreadded Kataifi Phylio Dough until golden brown. Set aside
  2. In a bowl, melt Cacao Barry Zephyr 34%, add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a piping bag and fill desired molds pre casted with some pre-crystallized Lactée Sup Milk Chocolate from Cacao Barry.
