Café Crokine Bark

Preparation: Café Crokine Bark

  1. Prepare a guitare sheet covered with a thin layer of crystallized dark chocolate and
  2. a 3,5 mm thick frame (23x33 cm)
  3. Soften slightly the Café Crokine in the microwave and mix with the crystallized dark chocolate.
  4. Spread in the frame and let it set.
  5. Spread a thin layer with crystallized Alunga chocolate mixed 15% of almond
  6. brittle crunch.
  7. Cover directly with a guitar sheet, push well and revove directly the sheet to create a
  8. texture bark surface.
  9. Let it harden and break in pieces.
