Café Crokine Bark
Ingredients: Café Crokine Bark
Preparation: Café Crokine Bark
- Prepare a guitare sheet covered with a thin layer of crystallized dark chocolate and
- a 3,5 mm thick frame (23x33 cm)
- Soften slightly the Café Crokine in the microwave and mix with the crystallized dark chocolate.
- Spread in the frame and let it set.
- Spread a thin layer with crystallized Alunga chocolate mixed 15% of almond
- brittle crunch.
- Cover directly with a guitar sheet, push well and revove directly the sheet to create a
- texture bark surface.
- Let it harden and break in pieces.
