    A list of recommended ingredients and equipment is provided in the workbook preview. While it’s helpful to review in advance, you don’t need everything to get started - workarounds are often possible.

  • Can I watch the lessons at my own pace?

    Yes, you can watch the lessons at your own pace. The course is divided into short videos totaling around 3 hours, and you’re free to pause, resume, and revisit the content anytime during your access period.

  • Can I ask questions during the course?

    While the online courses don’t include a live Q&A, we’ve anticipated many common questions. The instructor addresses key tips and potential pitfalls in the videos, and the workbook includes a detailed troubleshooting section to guide you through the process.

  • What is included in the course price?

    Each online course comes with several video lessons, quizzes, a comprehensive workbook with all recipes & theoretical background
    You will also find troubleshooting tips and product recommendations from our chefs in the workbook and below the single course lessons. 
    After finishing, you will get your digital and personalised course certificate.

  • Can I buy access for my team?

    At the moment, access can be purchased for individual users only. If you’re interested in providing full access for multiple team members, please contact us at digital_chocolate_academy@barry-callebaut.com with your company name and the number of accounts required, and we will get back to you.

  • How can I cancel my online course subscription?

    You can cancel your Full Access Subscription at any time by clicking “Manage my online course subscription” in your account navigation menu. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is complete.

    Before your subscription renews, we will send two email notifications to the email address associated with your account. Each notification will include the option to cancel your subscription using the process described above.

    If you purchase Single Course Access, no cancellation is required or available. Your access will automatically expire after 6 months.
