Previously, Lauren served as North America Lead Chef for the Chocolate Academy™ Centers, guiding innovation and education across the continent. Her accolades include being named one of Dessert Professional’s Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America (2016) and one of Bake Magazine’s Top Educators (2018). Her work has appeared in leading publications, including two covers of So Good: The Magazine of Haute Pâtisserie.
Lauren’s career spans prestigious kitchens such as the White House residence, Hotel du Pont, and The Inn at Little Washington. She holds degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Sustainable Food Systems, blending artistry with a commitment to sustainability.
