We're thrilled to announce the first-ever Next Generation Pastry Competition at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy New York! 

This event is designed to spotlight the creativity and skill of local sous chefs, offering them a platform to showcase their talent in a spirited and supportive environment.

Competition Overview

We've invited nine sous chefs from the NYC area to compete in a one-day challenge. Each chef will create a petit four/mignardise featuring one of Callebaut's Signature Origin Range chocolates.
