7.1 ozCallebaut Pure Pistachio Paste

0.1 ozsalt
Preparation: Pistachio Spread
- In a bowl add the chopped Tintoretto and melt at 32 ℃
- Add the pistachio paste and mix.
- Pour into the jar
- Allow it to crystalize over night at 18℃
- * For a more firm texture you can substitute 100 g of the Tintoretto with white chocolate & melt together at 38 ℃. Add the pistachio paste and temper it at 24 ℃
