  Callebaut Cocoa - Deodorized Cocoa Butter - 3kg Bucket
• 540 g

  Callebaut Milk Chocolate - 823 - 5kg Block
• 600 g

  Texas Pecan Praline
• 240 g

  Carbonated Candy

Preparation: Texas Pecan Praline Part B

1. Melt cocoa butter and chocolate. Mix until fully incorporated.
2. Add the Texas Pecan Praline and mix until combined.
3. Then add the carbonated candy pouring over any silicone-shaped mold you like.
4. Dip in chocolate or decorate
