Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients: Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse

8.8 ozsemi-skimmed milk
Preparation: Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk on high speed
Stop after 30 seconds and scrape down the sides of the bowl to mix in any loose powder
Whisk again on high speed for 2-3 minutes
Pipe into glasses and refrigerate before serving
