• Concentrate Chocolate knowledge in centers of excellence in order to facilitate partnerships with artisans

• Provide venues for training, courses, and customer demonstrations focusing on all aspects of Chocolate work and across all trade sectors-Horeca, Pastry, Bakery, Chocolatier

• Provide a forum for dialogue with customers through seminars and customer focus groups

• Provide an institute to pioneer new chocolate products, applications techniques, and recipes

• Provide an institution designed to spread a global Chocolate spirit and culture through excellence.
