  • 400g
    digestive biscuits

Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin to create crumbs, leave a few larger pieces to create texture
*(Check they are suitable for vegans)

 

In a pan, melt the chocolate callets, margarine, cocoa powder and golden syrup together and stir to create a glossy mixture.

  • 90g
    glacé cherries
  • 60g
    vegan mini marshmellows

Pour two-thirds of the chocolate into a bowl and stir in the biscuits, cherries and marshmallows

Spoon the mixture into a lined square tin and press down
Top with the rest of the chocolate and smooth across

Chill for a couple of hours to set and cut into equal sized slices.
