Why not trying a different take on the Bloody Mary? Less sinful: no alcohol. Yet filled to the brim with taste and that surprisingly savoury character that works miracles with chocolate. Easy? Like 1, 2 , 3!

Callebaut® ingredients

Virgin Bloody Mary


Melt gently together with a small volume of tomato juice to your taste. Leave to cool, then pour into shaker.

  • 200ml
    tomato juice
  • 2As needed
    Tabasco® Pepper Sauce
  • 1g
    Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce

Add and shake well.

  • Q.S.
    ice cubes

Put in a glass and pour the drink over.
