Cookies based on oatmeel and pimped with walnuts, dried cranberries and of course Callebaut bakestable milk chocolate chunks: we challenge you to resist them!

Oatmeal cookies

IngredientsPreparation
  • 50g
    Muscavado sugar
  • 3g
    vanilla sugar
  • 105g
    butter

Mix together. 

  • 35g
    egg yolks
  • 10g
    cream
  • 30g
    egg white
  • 100g
    walnuts (finely chopped)

Mix into previous mixture. 

  • 125g
    oatmeal
  • 60g
    flour
  • 2g
    baking powder
  • 1g
    salt

Mix in.

Mix in, measure out 70-g portions on a piece of baking paper and leave to cool. Then bake at 180°C for 14 minutes.
