Muffins: who doesn't like them? Especially when they have that extra exciting touch that you didn't expect. Bartlomiej added wallnuts, figs and dades to create these Luscious Muffins and is happy to share his recipe wih you.

    whole egg(s)
  • 200g
    caster sugar

Beat together. 

  • 100g
    A.P. flour
  • 2g
    salt

Gently add to previous mixture. 

Melt together and add to previous mixture. 

  • 70g
    walnut
  • 70g
    fresh fig
  • 70g
    chopped dates

Add, pour into muffin tray and bake at 180°C for 14 minutes.
