Looking for a perfect white chocolate crack around your ice creams? Callebaut® Pinguino Bianco is the creamy white ice cream coating containing 80% Belgian white chocolate. It creates the perfect ‘crack’ around your ice cream within seconds after dipping – without the need for tempering – and adds a rich and creamy white chocolate taste.
Moreover, Pinguino coatings guarantee long workability: when dipping bigger batches of ice cream or using it during longer service times, Pinguino doesn't thicken. For your convenience, Pinguino coatings come in 5-kg buckets that can easily be heated in a microwave or au bain marie.
