With ChocoGelato Bianco you'll create a wonderfully creamy gelato with a deeply satisfying taste of milk and white chocolate, and subtle notes of caramel and vanilla.
Thanks to its unique recipe, rich in white Belgian chocolate, preparing white chocolate ice cream goes easier than ever!
Just mix with hot water before churning and decorate to the taste.

Description

Ready-to-use mix for white chocolate gelato with a creamy taste and hints of vanilla and caramal. Made with real chocolate.

How to use

• Mix with 2,4 kg of hot water (70-85°C) during 2 minutes
• For a better structure, leave to rest in refrigerator (3-5°C) for ± 30 mins.
• Pour into batch freezer and start churning
